Our company started back in 1964 with one traditional English Pub. Since then things have changed a bit and today we're proud to operate the St Christopher's Inns hostel chain, Belushi's bars and a number of other well known brands, and services across Europe.
Our Brands

Our Belushi's bars have a little American style and lots of personality. By the light of day Belushi's resembles a sports bar with an international pub food menu and big screen TVs. However when the sun sets the party animals come out to play and the bars are taken over by DJs, drink specials and late night parties. Visit the Belushi's website.
The Flying Pig - the world famous Amsterdam hostels which provide travellers with the best balance between laidbackness, homily comforts and the excitement of the city of Amsterdam. Mosaic House is a joint venture with the Bohemian Hostels group. Providing budget accommodation with 4-star standards and everything from large dorms to premium double ensuites, located in Prague's centre. Mosaic House features the largest Belushi's in our portfolio showcasing a theatre bar complete with stage, terrace, and lounge. It also boasts some of the most sophisticated eco-friendly technology in the hospitality industry, including the Czech Republic's first greywater recycling unit with heat recuperation. La Rotonde is a brasserie and bar on Place de la Bataille de Stalingrad, in the east of Paris. This historic building was restored and renovated by Beds and Bars Ltd, Cofitem-Cofimur and Romain Viennois, Directeur Géneral of Beds and Bars Ltd in Paris. Located in the heart of Amsterdam's Red Light District, the Winston is a small underground club and art hotel with a long history. The bar has grown into a popular nightclub and live music venue - open almost every night of the week until late the program includes indie-rock, electro, drum n bass, hip-hop, dub-reggae and unpretentious retro-pop and disco, on most nights preluded by local and international live acts of all sorts and styles. Beds and Bars Win Best Pub Employer at The Publican Awards 2013
Beds and Bars took home the Publican Award for Best Pub Employer (2-50 sites) at Publican Awards on March 11, 2013. Eddy Passey and Robert Savage from Beds and Bars were at the event to receive the accolade from celebrity host Rob Brydon. This was a fantastic recognition of the hardworking employees in the 25 businesses across Europe. Beds and Bars also received finalist certificates in the categories of Best Accommodation Operator and Best Business Initiative.
A New 600 Bed Hostel and Bar on Course to Open in Paris
Beds and Bars is on course to open a 38 million Euro St Christopher's Inn hostel and Belushi's bar opposite the Gare du Nord train station in Paris, this summer. The new site is the largest to date and will offer 600 beds. The accommodation will be comprised of 50 private roomsand 550 beds in shared dorms of various sizes. All dorms will feature sleeper-carriage pod beds with privacy curtains, power points, reading lights and lockers. Beds and Bars currently operates a site in Paris called St Christopher’s Canal. This site contains a Belushi’s bar and a St Christopher’s Inns hostel, offering 368 beds. The St Christopher’s Gare du Nord project is a partnership between Beds and Bars, Cofitem-Cofimur and French director Romain Viennois. The Gare du Nord hostel will also operate a French street cafe.
Keith Knowles Becomes Chairman of the Perceptions Group
Keith Knowles, Group Managing Director of Beds and Bars has joined the Perceptions Group as Chairman. The Perceptions Group was formed in 2012 by a collection of like-minded people who work and operate within the pub and bar sector. The group is working to raise the profile of the great range of careers on offer within the thousands of pub businesses across the country. The Perceptions Group recently announced a call for operators to join forces in creating 15,000 work placements throughout 2013/14. The initiative has been supported financially by the recently formed Hospitality Guild and will enable operators small and large to participate in the programme.
